KitchenAid Mixer!

I finally invested in a Kitchen Aid Mixer ! I've been eyeing on it for a while and was anxiously waiting for the price to drop. And it did! Macy's finally had a blowout sale and the mixer was going for only USD199! (Okay, this is considered cheap as compared to what it cost in Singapore!) Pity the one on discount was a smaller model and only came in white. I was actually eyeing on the red 5-quartz one. But oh well, it's still bigger than the one I had in Singapore anyway! (Poor Zim had to carry it home for us, and we gave up half way and simply took a cab back as it was REALLY heavy...)

I can't wait to start using it to bake. So what should I start with.. Hm...
